Too many things not checked was told a bumper scuff would be sorted on car if paid agreed price on hand over bumper scuff had been forgotten even though had checked with sales person prior to arrival all would be sorted. Then was told take it and bumper scuff would be sorted over 2 weeks later no contact for booking in scuff. Found the finance on old car hadn't been fully settled so had to pay £41 myself. The service booked was not stamped for hand over and they quickly got stamped so would question whether actually serviced before handover. There was numerous issues with finance due to ID provided and signatures not matching surely again checks should be done before leaving site. So really just felt rushed and nobody seemed to check anything ID not checked car bumper not checked finance settled not checked. Was told also it has had car paint technician on it well must be worst technician ever as still load scratches that are a easy buff out yet another cost for myself to check it properly buffed but on sale was told don't worry bumper be fixed paint work be sorted nothing other than a quick car wash has been done to it.

My experience at Chapelhouse Suzuki Blackpool was positive because the salesman Anthony was a pleasure to deal with, absolutely faultless. The only issues were when I went to view the car the sales staff were in a meeting with the manager and I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for a salesman. I felt a member of staff should have been sent out as selling car is the most important thing. The other issue is there is wear on the drivers seat which I did not spot but have not returned yet to see if its covered under warranty, I have been to busy with work, but I will return this weekend to see if ifs covered.
